Dear Family and Friends,
As some of you may know, I was diagnosed with end stage renal disease six years ago. Since that time, I have been on dialysis three times per week, every week. Without these treatments, I would not be alive today. Recently, at an evaluation at Tampa General Hospital I was determined to be a good candidate for a kidney transplant. It is my only chance at a long and healthy life.
I have four beautiful children and my dream is to receive a kidney transplant so that I can be here to watch them grow up. I cannot achieve this goal without your assistance. Because of my illness, I have not been able to work and it has made financing my transplant very difficult. With your support, I can continue to be a loving father to my children.
