Poage, the marathon went well. I finished 11 minutes ahead of the Cincinnati marathon, and was only sore for a week. The surgery will be here in a day or two, hope everything goes well and I will talk to you soon. Stay positive. High High High

Keith,

We're the parents of Matt Zumbiel, your UK frat buddy and we met you a number of times during your days at UK. Matt told us about your condition and we wanted to send along our best wishes, thoughts and prayers for a speedy recovery. (Matt said you were getting ready to be treated very soon, if not today.)

Keith, take care of yourself. We pray that you'll make a full recovery and will stay in touch with Matt on your recuperation.

God Bless You, Keith.
