As many of you know, our son Kamon’s life was drastically changed when he fell from a three story balcony which left him with a broken spine and paralysis from the waist down. We were guided to an excellent rehabilitation facility for spinal cord injury clients where they offer hope through a program that focuses on rigorous exercise called “Project Walk”. We started out at the Orlando, Florida facility but now there is an Atlanta location where Kamon works out twice a week. Thanks to you all for helping us to get this far!
Kamon is doing great…… busy working on his music (his new passion), making beats, writing and rapping. I didn’t know he had it in him! 🙂 As you can see from the photos and videos that Project Walk’s aggressive exercise program is doing great things for his body, in addition to his mind! He is happy and invigorated after every workout!
The therapy is wonderful and also costly. The 2-2 hour sessions are $400 a week. To defray this expense a fundraising campaign has been established with HelpHOPELive.
HelpHOPELive is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for over 30years and those that have sustained a catastrophic injury for over ten years. If you wish to make a tax–deductible contribution:We gladly welcome any fundraiser ideas and appreciate your continued prayers and well wishes as we continue to visualize Kamon fully recovered.
We are so thankful for the many blessings that we have already received and for those that are to come.
In gratitude and appreciation,
Cina, Amon, Kamon and Family

Dear Kamon, you are doing so well. I watched your videos with pride. God has given many people creativity and skills to develop the medical equipment and the medical procedures from doctors and all who contribute to you're surgery, therapy & rejuvenation. God has imbued in you the superior drive back to normalcy while developing musical interests along the way. I'm about to donate to your care because I believe in you. I heard about you today via a post from my friend, Monifa Jackson. Peace be within you,
Michele/Gus
