You have been my mentor since the day I met you at St. Francis Hosp. back in 1990. I was so impressed I wanted to move to NY to train with you. But, then you arrive in Mill Valley! You changed how I thought about the body and movement. You completely change how I utilized the Pilates Equipment when BodyChange opened in 1990! In the past few years, you have change my body mechanics and spine. I greatly appreciate all your work to get me through my flair ups. I just want you to know how much you mean to me and how much I appreciate everything you have taught me over the years. I think about you often and always wishing you a speedy recovery.
