Dear Family and Friends,
As many of you may know I am in need of a heart transplant. I am a father of three, two girls and a boy. I love coaching soccer and have fun doing it. Unfortunately I am no longer able to work due to my heart issues and my family and I are now asking for your help.
I’m writing to ask for your prayers and financial support. In 2007 I suffered a massive heart attack. The doctors have determined that my chance for survival and cure is a heart transplant. I’m currently awaiting a heart transplant at Tampa General Hospital. There are many uninsured expenses associated with transplantation, such as insurance co-pay, costly post transplant medications to be taken for a lifetime.
I feel very blessed with a loving and supportive family and friends who help in so many ways. I greatly appreciate your positive thoughts, prayers and contributions. This will help me survive this unbelievable challenge, and return to a productive life as soon as possible.
