As you all may know, my husband, Frank McKenzie lived a very active life until his life-altering accident on August 12, 2012. Frank was an extreme exercise fanatic and has been working out since he was 13. He was a power lifter and switched to more core targeted and intense routines as he got older. Frank is also an avid outdoors-man who loves bow hunting and golfing. He loves spending time with his family and close friends, making people laugh and generally having a good time.

In August of 2012, he volunteered to drive across country to California to help a friend remodel an inherited home to ready it for sale when the car accident that changed his life occurred. Prior to his accident, Frank was working as a forensic underwriter. He is also CEO of LokBlok, Inc., a company that patented a concrete block which can be assembled without mortar. He was planning to erect some prototypes upon return from this trip; unfortunately everything has been put on hold.
