The pancreas transplant is very much needed for a better quality of life with her husband and children. Eva is very compassionate and sweet person you will ever meet or know. She needs all the angels to come together with this stage of her health. The cost of the pancreas transplant can be costly even though insurance is in place.
Eva was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico, raised in New York City, at the age of 11, she moved to Houston Texas with her parents and siblings. Currently, she works from home on her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Phoenix for her Health Science Administration Concentration in Management, and she is looking forward to graduating in 2016.
While she continues struggling with her illness, she met her husband Shemei, and her struggles became a little easier to cope with. Eva had been working outside the home for more than 25 years in the insurance and legal field; she was forced to retire and became disabled. Eva is very eager in receiving her pancreas transplant for a better quality of life with her husband, five boys together, and their neighbor-family, and her church-family are supportive, they will be available to her in the process of her transplant before, during, and after her transplant.
Eva is a “True Angel” and this Angel needs all the help she can get!!!!!
