Even with insurance I will face many uninsured transplant related expenses such as: co-pays and deductibles, doctor visits and the costly anti-rejection medications that I will need to take for the rest of my life. This is a financial situation that my family and I cannot meet alone therefore we ask for your help.
To help with this financial burden, I may apply to receive assistance from the HelpHOPELive Southwest Kidney Transplant Regional Restricted Fund. HelpHOPELive is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant and catastrophic injury communities for nearly 30 years. All contributions are tax deductible, the property of HelpHOPELive, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. Please consider making a donation today and click the DONATE NOW button.
Thank you in advance for your support.

Hello everyone, just wanted to let you know I am doing great. I have been living a normal life no more dialysis!!!! I will be going back to work tomorrow. I am excited but nervous at the same time to be around a lot of people. I hope everyone has a great Sunday, Super Bowl Sunday good luck to the fans of the two teams. :)

My transplant was November 25 Tuesday 2014. My brother Ricky was my donor, which I will never be able to repay him for this amazing gift! We are both doing wonderful, my brother gets to go home tomorrow and me Saturday or Sunday. We've been up walking together visiting each other in each others rooms. we go to start a liquid diet today like broths, jello, milk, I love milk I haven't had it for 5 years and 4 months. I am very happy and thankful God is good!
Transplant was not Tuesday because I had a cough it was post-phoned to this Tuesday November 25. so only 3 more days I will let you all know if it happens this week and keep you updated. Thank you have a great night.
