Many of you are aware that Stephanie Chanthavong, mother, sister and friend, is battling multiple myeloma, a cancer of the bodies’ plasma cells that is treatable but not curable. A bone marrow transplant is her best chance against this fight and her return to good health. Stephanie has the biggest heart in the world; she is someone who never hesitates to help anyone in need. While she is not one to ask for help, she needs our help now more than ever.

Even with insurance Stephanie will have many uninsured transplant-related expenses such as: co-pays and deductibles, doctor visits, travel to and from the transplant center and the costly immunosuppressant medications that she will need to take for the rest of her life. This presents a financial challenge that Stephanie cannot meet alone.
