Natalie Cooper is a 45 year-old woman who is in desperate need of a lifesaving kidney transplant. Natalie grew up in Philadelphia but now lives in Lawrenceville, Georgia where she worked as a school bus driver for over 5 years. Natalie misses being able to drive her students back and forth to school and to their homes.

Natalie was diagnosed with Focal Segmental Glomerulosclerosis (FSGS), a debilitating disease that attacks the kidneys and causes them to fail. Transplants are lifesaving, but very expensive. Natalie needs the help of her community to make her kidney transplant a success.
