I originally began my campaign on here to get a vehicle I would be able to drive using only my hands to help ease the burden of transportation on my wife… She and I still keep in touch, but our marriage will be ending shortly in a divorce and the need for me to provide my own transportation has become even more of a necessity. I would appreciate any help you can offer that would enable me overcome this barrier and gain the freedom to fulfill my own transportation needs instead of relying on public transportation and other family members.
My insurance situation has also decreased since I am not on my wife’s plan any more which has caused the cost of my monthly supplies to increase considerably. To help with the financial burden of my uninsured expenses, I applied to receive assistance from the Help Hope Live Southwest Spinal Cord Injury Regional Restricted Fund.
