Dear Friends, Family and Community,

My uncle, Dana Nutter, is a 44-year-old man who’s very ill and in need of a life-saving double lung transplant. He was diagnosed with Interstitial Lung Disease three years ago. His condition is worsening and needs the help of his community to make the transplant happen. Transplants are life saving but very expensive.

Dana grew up in Crestview, Florida and worked for the Okaloosa County school board for 10 years. He is one of the kindest people you’ll ever hope to meet with a heart of gold. Dana has completely transformed his lifestyle by losing over 100 pounds over the past year to reduce his BMI to meet the guidelines for transplant surgery which demonstrates his motivation to get new lungs.
