Amber Chapman of Farmington Hills, Michigan is fighting a tough battle and needs your help. Those who know Amber, know that she loves being with family and friends, is passionate about music, and laughing is her favorite past time. Always one to help others, Amber has been studying towards a degree in Health Policy Studies. Unfortunately, she has had to put school on hold due to her poor health and being in an out of the hospital. Amber is not sure how much longer she will be able to continue working, but she is trying to hang in there to make ends meet.
Amber was first diagnosed with autoimmune hepatitis at the age of seven. Six years ago she was diagnosed with primary sclerosing cholangitis and was informed that she would need a liver transplant. Amber was added to the liver transplant list about three years ago. A liver transplant is now her only chance of survival. Amber and her family have come to realize that funding this surgery is a monumental task since there are so many uninsured transplant-related expenses involved.
In order to ease this financial burden, a fundraising campaign in Amber’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for over 30 years. All donations are tax deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Great Lakes Liver Transplant Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. If you wish to help Amber, then please consider making a contribution.Thank you for your prayers and generosity,
Jasmine Chapman

I have not been a good Aunt to Amber nor a good sister to Jasmin. I am so very embarrassed by my lack of involvement that i stay away even more. But this is not about me, its about Amber who is the most dear and wonderful strong and strong young lady and i pray for health and happiness for you. I don't have much but there will be a donation on my pay day this Friday and anytime I have extra it will go towards your medical bill and i pray that the flood gates open with many more donations to get your procedure done. God Bless you my sweet niece.
