Feb 09, 2018
Was in Bad Car accident involving a deer. My Van and all adaptive equipment was totaled. Insurance is doing everything they can to not cover these items and not taking in to account the increased value of my Eurovan ( they are way over purchase price of 22k in 2003, they last yr imported). 2 yrs ago when Obama care went in to effect I now have co pays for every Dr. visit EMS ride (Ambulance).. Do to all these out of pocket expenses, and lack of new wheel chair, ( and the now long process it takes to get one through insurance) I need help. I am starting to feel my existence on this planet is a burden to my friends and (not my family they are gone noe except for twin) Is it true, or can there be an agel or organization to help me out of this hole of helplessness and finicial direstraits..Maybe I got so far down is because I hate asking for help,.But relize now it is my only way to survive.

Hello, I followed cycling for years and remember your career and also the fact that you suffered a spinal cord injury. I'm attaching a link to a legitimate news story about research in Switzerland that might be very promising. Please accept my best wishes for a full recovery in the future.
