Family and friends of Stephanie Coons are raising money to pay for uninsured therapy expenses associated with her spinal cord injury. In October 2011, Stephanie and her husband, Kyle, were injured in a motorcycle accident, when they were hit by a truck while coming home from a date night. While Kyle sustained minor injuries including a broken foot, Stephanie broke her back (L1) and left leg, and both legs are currently paralyzed. Stephanie is still hopeful for a full recovery and wants to attend Project Walk, which does not accept insurance.

Stephanie has chosen to fundraise with HelpHOPELive in part because HelpHOPELive assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility for donors. Donors can be sure that funds donated will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses. For more information, please contact HelpHOPELive at 800.642.8399.

Thanks for your support!

Heard from Chris Coons that you continue to be hopeful. I am too and continue to pray for the day when by the Grace of God you can say you are healed.

Dear Stephanie, You are in our thoughts and prayers every day. We are hopeful that each day you will find the strength to continue, and hopefully Project Walk will be a great source of support and help for you. Take care honey, and hang in there! Love, Jerry & Maureen Collins
