Help HOPE Live for Trevor Crenshaw and his liver transplant journey.

Dear Friends and Family, I am writing to you today on behalf of my son Trevor Crenshaw. Trevor is 36 years old, loves his family, music and traveling. At the age of 9, Trevor was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (UC). By 18, while in Marine Corps Boot Camp, he was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC). His health has declined to the point that his doctors at the University of Utah Medical Center have told us that his only option is a life-saving liver transplant. Even with insurance, funding this surgery is a monumental task, as there are many uninsured transplant-related costs. To help with these expenses, Trevor may apply to receive assistance from the HelpHOPELive Southwest Liver Transplant Regional Restricted Fund.
