I am writing to you today on behalf of my son Trevor Crenshaw. Trevor is 22 years old, loves his family, music and the New York Yankees. At the age of 9, Trevor was diagnosed with Ulcerative Colitis (UC). By 18, while serving as a Marine, he was diagnosed with Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis (PSC). His health has declined to the point that his doctors at the University of Utah Medical Center have told us that his only option is a life-saving liver transplant.
Even with insurance, funding this surgery is a monumental task, as there are many uninsured transplant-related costs. To help with these expenses, Trevor may apply to receive assistance from the HelpHOPELive Southwest Liver Transplant Regional Restricted Fund. HelpHOPELive (formerly NTAF) is a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant and catastrophic injury communities for nearly 30 years. All contributions are tax deductible, the property of HelpHOPELive, and are administered by HelpHOPELive exclusively for transplant-related expenses only.

A fundraising committee has been formed and we are planning several exciting and fun events. Any ideas or help you can give is welcome.
It is so very difficult to ask for help, but there comes a time when we truly do need a village to help a child.
Thank you for your kindness, generosity and prayer.
