Kenneth Needs Your Support!

Kenneth Baldwin will be 51 this June; he suffered his first heart attack at just 35 years old. During that time, he had exhausted all options and was in congestive heart failure causing him to need a lifesaving heart transplant. Kenneth received the gift-of-life through a heart transplant on March 29th, 2016. He is currently recovering from his surgery at St. Luke’s Hospital, and making strides each and every day. Kenneth is progressing in his recovery; however he will face many challenges and obstacles during the next few months, as he adjusts to his new heart, post-transplant medications and post-surgical procedures. Kenneth is resilient and remains optimistic for his future, but he is facing enormous out-of-pocket expenses from his transplant. The time has now come to reach out and help him alleviate the financial burdens he is facing. Out-of-pocket costs are starting to accrue to more than he can handle alone, and Kenneth desperately needs your financial support!

Kenneth has been home now about a month and doing very well. Beginning to heal and starting to exercise regularly. We go back this week for another biopsy on the 15th. We are praying that all goes well and that he is still out of rejection. We have now reach the donut hole on his insurance for all his medications.
