After a freak dirt bike accident, which left him a C5 quadriplegic (with no use of his hands, torso and legs and limited use of his arms,) his dreams of becoming a world-class photographer have been shattered. Nick has an extremely positive attitude and knows that with prayers, hard work and a little luck he will once again be able to look through the viewfinder, press the button and make magic happen…but he needs your help.
Nick is very lucky that he has loving and supportive family and friends to help him and insurance to cover many of the expenses associated with his recovery. However, insurance covers only a fraction of the expenses incurred for the intense daily physical therapy and equipment needed to help regain the use of his hands. Though it’s up to Nick to do the incredibly hard work in rehab to improve his mobility, we can help by taking away some of the financial challenges he and his family are facing.
Nick’s parents have chosen to fundraise with Help Hope Live in part because Help Hope Live assures fiscal accountability of funds raised and tax deductibility to the full extent allowed by law for donors. Donors can be sure that funds donated will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses. To make a tax-deductible donation to this fundraising campaign, click on the Donate Now button.

I know you'll be behind that camera lens in no time and I'm thrilled to hear that you'll help others develop their photography gifts at Beechwood. I know you'll show those middle schoolers how it's done in more ways than one, Nick!
