Dear Friends, Family and Community,
My husband, James (Jim) A. Palumbo’s life was thrown into upheaval when he was diagnosed with Idiopathic Pulmonary Fibrosis (IPF) and COPD just over a year ago. His health has declined rapidly and his doctors at University of Penn Medical Center have told us that his only option is a life-saving lung transplant. We are now waiting for the “call”.

Jim and I wanted to thank everyone that supported us so far, we really appreciate your contribution. Jim did get a call, but unfortunately the new lung failed right before surgery, but it was a good “dry run” We will keep everyone updated, and want to wish all of our friends and family a wonderful holiday season. Naturally our gift would be a new lung, so keep those fingers crossed!
