Terrance Hill, the lovable loyal choir member, is in need of a kidney transplant. He needs help to make this happen. A transplant is necessary but, very expensive.
Terrance has been suffering with kidney disease since his freshmen year at North Duplin High School. He managed to finish and to get his high school diploma but did not stop there. He went on to James Sprunt Community College to obtain a diploma and certification for Electrician in 2010. He also joined New Christian Chapel Church in 2003 and is a faithful and dedicated member. Faithful to all his endeavors throughout his medical complications now is the time to leave dialysis behind. The transplant is his only chance to return to good health.
After years of faithfulness and love, Terrance is now in need of some love. Transplantation and follow-up medications and treatment, are very expensive. Even with Medicare coverage, there are co-pays and deductibles, anti-rejection medications he’ll need to take for the rest of his life and clinic visits –costs could average $1,200.00 extra per month.
To help with the financial burden of Terrance Hill’s uninsured expenses, a fundraising campaign in his honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a trusted non-profit organization that has been providing community-based fundraising guidance to patients and their families for more than 30 years. All donations are tax deductible, and are held by HelpHOPELive in the South-Atlantic Kidney Transplant Fund and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. Please, consider a contribution.

Thank you for your prayers, support and generosity. Keep an eye on this campaign page because we will be planning some fundraising events soon and posting updates regularly.
Gratefully,
Christopher Leach, Terrance’s brother
