Brian was diagnosed with pulmonary fibrosis in October of 2014. It is a disease with no cure, the only treatment is lung transplantation. Both of Brian’s lungs are effected by it. While you can live with one lung, the doctors believe that a double lung transplant would be the best course of treatment for him. We are all too familiar with the disease, Brian’s mom died of the disease 16 years ago.
Family and friends of Brian Stanley are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation.
