Dear Friends and Family,
I am writing to you on behalf of my husband of 33 years, Ralph Difronzo. His heart has weakened to the point that his only hope for survival is a heart transplant.
Besides being the best husband a woman could ask for, Ralph is a loving father of our six children, and grandfather of one. Ralph is an avid gardener; it wouldn’t be unusual to find him outdoors enjoying this pastime. He is the person who would do anything for anyone; he has a heart of gold. However, he now needs a life-saving heart transplant.
Although Ralph has insurance, we are facing many uninsured transplant-related expenses. Therefore, funding this procedure will be a monumental task. We anticipate astronomical costs upwards of $10,000 in the form of immunosuppressant medications, co-pays, and doctor visits to ensure the continued health of Ralph and his precious “gift of life.â€
To help with this financial crisis, a fundraising campaign in Ralph’s honor has been established with HelpHOPELive, a nonprofit organization that has been assisting the transplant community for 30 years. All donations are tax-deductible, are held by HelpHOPELive in the Southeast Heart Transplant Fund, and are administered by HelpHOPELive for transplant-related expenses only. If you are able to make a contribution, it would be greatly appreciated.

Ralph feels very blessed with loving and supportive family and friends who help in so many ways. Your prayers and contributions are truly treasured and will help us through this difficult time.
Thank you and God bless,
Katherine Difronzo (wife)

CALL TO IMMEDIATE ACTION:
As of today, Ralph is in Stage 4 Heart Failure. His at-home IV medication is at its highest dosage. To act as a bridge to his transplant, doctors will implant a V.A.D. (ventricular assist device) to support Ralph’s heart function until he receives a new one. The extensive tests to put him on the heart transplant list are completed. But he will not be listed until he has $10,000.00 to cover the costs of immunosuppressant medications and follow-up doctor visits. Ralph’s need for your support is crucial.
Ralphapalloza 2nd installment has been made! Sorry it took so long.
