A JACO robotic arm will unlock greater independence for 55-year-old mom Karole MacFarlane – but her insurance refuses to help with the $65,000 price. That’s why she’s started a fundraising campaign with Help Hope Live.

“It would mean freedom, and I would feel like a lot less of a burden.”
