Athlete and Artist Noah “Is a Trainwreck on Paper—But He is NOT That Paper”
EVANS, Ga.—This Thursday, November 9, the Evans community will rally for a good cause at the Keep Noah Rolling Glow Walk & Roll fundraiser in Evans Library Park. Along with an art sale and a live DJ, participants will wear bright clothes and glowsticks to walk or roll for one hour alongside Noah Williams, a 14-year-old living with cerebral palsy. Funds raised will help offset the cost of a wheelchair van through the nonprofit Help Hope Live.
Fundraiser Details
When: Thursday, November 9. Gather at 6:30 p.m. Walk begins 7 p.m. and ends at 8 p.m.
Where: Evans Library Park at 7022 Evans Town Center Blvd, Evans, GA 30809
What: A Glow Walk & Roll one-hour fundraiser. Wear bright shirts and socks and bring your own glowsticks, necklaces, glasses, etc. Walk and roll alongside Noah for one hour to raise funds and hope.

Who: The fundraiser will help raise funds for an accessible van for 14-year-old Noah Williams, a joyful, loving, and mischievous 14-year-old Evans resident living with cerebral palsy. Noah is an athlete and artist who relies on a wheelchair for mobility and lives with medical issues including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and visual impairments.
Cause: Funds raised will benefit the nonprofit Help Hope Live in Noah’s honor to offset critical out-of-pocket medical costs, particularly safe and accessible transportation.

Noah’s Story
Noah was born at just 26 weeks—a “micro-preemie”. He wasn’t expected to survive, let alone thrive. But at 14 years old, Noah is a vibrant and active young man who loves connecting with others, going to school, and participating in the arts and athletic events.
Living with multiple complex health diagnoses including cerebral palsy, epilepsy, visual impairments, and sleep apnea, Noah is a medically complex teenager who still has a bright future ahead of him.
“Noah is a trainwreck on paper,” explained mom Naomi Williams, “yet he is NOT that paper.”
Joyful, loving, observant, and even mischievous, Noah is engaged and active in his community. He is an abstract artist and a multi-endurance athlete—most recently, he participated in the 2023 Marine Corps Marathon in Arlington, Virginia. This was Noah’s 7th time getting to the starting line for the marathon.
To keep Noah’s future as bright as his present, he needs safe and efficient transportation. This transportation is key to medical care, school activities, family gatherings, and so much more.
Insurance won’t cover the cost of a safe and accessible van for Noah despite the medical necessity. With a $25,000 grant already in place, Noah’s family needs to raise $50,000.

For Noah’s family, the future is about more than just meeting Noah’s needs. “Strangers become friends through our activities and fundraising efforts,” explained Naomi, “and a new group of people gets involved in promoting and advocating for inclusion.”
