We’ve updated our Terms of Service (formerly referred to as “Regional Restricted Fund Procedures”) to more clearly define how our nonprofit fundraising program works.
We encourage you to read the terms carefully and share the document with friends and family members who help you fundraise. By continuing to fundraise and request funds from Help Hope Live, you are agreeing to the updated terms.
What’s changed? Here are a few highlights:
- Our terms are now organized by category to help you easily follow the conditions as outlined.
- Preapproval is still required to solicit donations from corporations and foundations on behalf of Help Hope Live. Due to higher administrative costs, there’s a 10% processing fee (a decrease of 10% from last year).
- In the event of a client’s death, approved Team Members now have 12 months to submit Fund Request Forms to Help Hope Live.
