James is a father and new grandfather in Las Vegas who has been dealing with health issues for his entire life, including scoliosis, spina bifida, a clubfoot, and multiple surgeries. His kidneys have stopped functioning in connection with lower abdominal muscle failure and high blood pressure.
In 2010, James began dialysis three times per week for three hours per session. He will remain on dialysis until he gets a lifesaving kidney transplant. His call could come at any moment.
