Jeffrey J Di Fulgo, Jr.
Jeffrey experienced a spinal cord injury in the summer of 2018 during a dive. He had plenty of experience with SCI prior to his own medical emergency: as the Health and Wellness Director of the YMCA, Jeff’s life’s work involved helping people to rebuild strength and independence while living with paralysis.
The costs of living with paralysis are immense, including physical therapy, insurance premiums, a shower wheelchair, durable medical equipment, home modifications, and vehicle modifications so that he can drive again. Jeff was referred to Help Hope Live to fundraise by 2019 Live Award co-recipient Cole Sydnor.
