Linas Mockus
“Here’s a person that’s healthy and active one day and the next he’s paralyzed. You can’t imagine a more radical change in your life.”
In July 2020, Linas Mockus biked to his job. At some point during the ride, he was thrown over his handlebars, sustaining a C3 spinal cord injury with paralysis from the shoulders down.
Linas is grateful for the ongoing support of his family, colleagues, neighbors, and friends as he continues to adjust to his new day-to-day.
The Mockus family is fundraising with Help Hope Live to help pay off an accessible van that is critical to Linas’s ongoing mobility, health, and community engagement.
