Special needs paraprofessional Jennifer French is preparing for a transplant to fight kidney failure. Lovingly known as “Momma Jen” to her community, Jennifer is fundraising with Help Hope Live for the 8 to 8 weeks of medical relocation a kidney transplant will require.
Fundraisers have included a special dinner benefit at the school where Jennifer works.
