Family and friends of Carolyn Allen are raising money to pay for uninsured medical expenses associated with transplantation. Carolyn is currently being treated at Hackensack University Medical Center in NJ.
A donor has been found for Carolyn and set to start treatment for her transplant on February 11th. The actual transplant will probably take place approximately 7-9 days later.
Carolyn is fighting with all her strength, with your help she will be victorious!
If you can please donate now!

Carolyn has chosen to fundraise with HelpHOPELive in part because HelpHOPELive provides both tax-deductibility and fiscal accountability to contributors. Contributors can be sure that funds contributed will be used only to pay or reimburse medically-related expenses. For more information, please contact HelpHOPELive at 800-642-8399.

Hello, Carolyn. I would like for you to know that people in NC are praying for you and look forward to hearing about your progress. This past year, my 25-year-old son, David, was unable to receive a stem cell transplant for a very aggressive Stage IV lymphoma. Before he died in June, David started a foundation to help make sure others would have the funding they need for a transplant. The David Turner Lymphoma Foundation, aka “Big Dave’s Big Gift,” was honored to provide funds for a matching grant that was shared with you by NTAF. To be an instrument to bring a tiny bit of Hope to the world, just as Big Dave wanted, is an unparalleled gift to me. It is a privilege for me, David’s mother, to be able to share my son and his legacy with you. We at DTLF want the gift that David gave to be given to the world through healthier, happier lives for everyone his love still touches! We are working to build a network of love, care, and compassion that will inspire others to Hope and … to give. Hopefully, Big Dave’s Big Gift to will be given to help many more people across the country and around the world. God is doing great things! I hope you will visit our website when you get a chance. Feel free to contact me at any time. God bless you.
