Cathleen Driscoll

“Plain Bay Farm has amazing clients and friends that helped get her back to the US and set up her fundraising site. The whole community has been so supportive in so many ways.”

32-year-old competitive horse rider Cathleen Driscoll experienced a life-changing fall in June 2025 at Sotheby’s International Realty Grand Prix that resulted in a traumatic brain injury. Her community has launched a fundraising campaign with Help Hope Live to assist with the extensive out-of-pocket costs associated with a TBI.

As The Chronicle of the Horse and World of Showjumping have reported, Cathleen will pursue intensive rehabilitation with the Shepherd Center in Atlanta.

“Driscoll’s main focus is improving the mobility in her left leg and her right wrist, both problems that stem from the TBI.”
