Ethan Kadish

“We are past hitting bottom, and we’re moving up.”

Ethan hasn’t been able to talk or walk since a life-changing lightning strike six years ago. It has been two years since his last hospitalization, a fact his parents are quick to celebrate. They report more stamina, less pain, and more day-to-day activity and possibilities in Ethan’s life today.
The Team Ethan campaign at helphopelive.org rallies his caring extended community to provide ongoing financial and social support.

For Ethan’s “platinum” 19th birthday, his family rented out a local theater for a private screening of “The Lion King.”
