Funds raised through Help Hope Live catastrophic injury campaigns have helped restore independence and quality of life for more than 1,100 individuals and have provided $38 million in financial support to cover unmet injury-related expenses.
Yearly expenses for a catastrophic injury, such as a spinal cord injury or traumatic brain injury, can exceed $1 million.
In addition to ongoing recovery-based therapies and home health care, many patients who are dealing with paralysis or a brain injury need to make renovations to their homes and find new transportation options.
Working with Help Hope Live's expert Fundraising Coordinators, families affected by a catastrophic injury can build a network of support that can have a significant impact on their ability to pay medical bills and access treatments.

"It's my pleasure to say that we won't be having any more fundraisers. Why am I so pleased? I'm finally living independently!
I'm so grateful for the help I've received. There's no doubt in my mind that I wouldn't be where I am today without all of your support."

"My family and I are very appreciative of Help Hope Live. It has made it easy for us to raise funds the correct way, by setting up the nonprofit structure for us. It's served as a sounding board for setting up our events and (they) have provided solutions we couldn't have come up with ourselves. The bottom line is that when you go through a traumatic experience the last thing on you or your family's mind is the logistics of raising funds and Help Hope Live was there to do that for us."
