We made it a priority this spring to make 6 big upgrades to helphopelive.org to improve your online experience. Here’s how we upgraded your Campaign Page, Event Registration, Find A Campaign search, and more.
Now you have more control over how your profile picture will appear to page visitors by using our new dynamic picture cropping tool.Click and drag the outer guides to get your picture to fit just right in the circular profile photo. Upload a new picture or select an existing picture from your Campaign Page to try it out!
People who register for a fundraising event through your Campaign Page can now add an ‘Additional Donation’ to your campaign with one click as they’re checking out. Many of you were manually customizing your event registration forms to include this. We noticed. Now you don’t have to. We’ve added it for you.
Transparency is one of our core values. A new dropdown option on the Fundraising Indicator helps both clients and donors understand when and how the Indicator is updated and what the total includes.
Misclicks happen! If your supporters accidentally select the Donate button at the top of our website instead of your campaign Give button, this action will now take them to the donation form for your Campaign Page rather than our general Donate page.
Want to post a link or email address as part of your Campaign Page About or Updates sections? Now links and email addresses will automatically become live clickable links when you enter them. Links will automatically be shortened for a smooth user experience. Works great in your Guestbook, too!
You gave us feedback, and we listened. Searching for a campaign has never been faster or easier. We made sure our Find a Campaign feature works seamlessly whether a user searches for a client’s full name or just part of a name.
