Jack’s Story:
Jack Beeman is an avid motorcyclist and former MMA fighter (ranking third as a heavyweight in Michigan) who also played football for the West Michigan Storm.
Jack is a local legend in Muskegon: he was recently inducted into the Holton High School Hall of Fame for his wrestling and football career, and he managed a local pub prior to a multi-year career as a bail bondsman. Today, he works as the third shift production supervisor for a local automotive company.
Jack and his wife, Jennifer, love camping, spending time with friends, and quiet nights at home with their 3 dogs and bearded dragon. Their full family includes 3 sons, 2 stepsons, 2 stepdaughters, and 8 grandchildren with another on the way.
“Chronic kidney disease has sapped his strength,” explained Jennifer. An active man who loves gardening, boating, and fishing, “Jack can’t enjoy living life as he used to” as he deals with the burden of kidney disease.
A kidney transplant could change everything—but to make the gift of life possible, Jack needs help with the immense out-of-pocket cost of the procedure and recovery. That’s why his loving community turned to Help Hope Live, a trusted national nonprofit. Donations can be made at: https://helphopelive.org/campaign/25162/
Since February, over $5,000 has been raised in Jack’s honor.
Funds raised online and through events like the Biggest Fight of All fundraiser on June 29 will help offset critical transplant-related expenses.
“It is our hope that finding a new kidney will give Jack a new lease on life,” said Jennifer. “We want to enjoy many more happy, healthy years.”
