#RALLY4RYAN TO HELP PARALYZED DAD AT MAGGIO’S BEEF & BEER EVENT

“Law Dog” sustained a life-altering spinal cord injury in July 2018

SOUTHAMPTON, Pa.—On Saturday, February 9, rally for a good cause at a Beef & Beer fundraiser at Maggio’s (Hampton Square, 400 2nd Street Pike). From 6 to 10 p.m., your attendance will show support for Washington Crossing resident Ryan Law, who sustained a spinal cord injury in July 2018.

Ryan “Law Dog” Law is living with paralysis in most of his body since his 2018 injury. “He has been working day and night to gain strength, stamina, and more mobility,” his family explains on his online fundraising page. Ryan is fundraising with the national nonprofit Help Hope Live for the massive out-of-pocket costs associated with his injury, including transportation to and from physical therapy and home modifications for wheelchair accessibility. These costs “will not only enhance his recovery but will no doubt enhance his quality of life.”

Play a direct role in Ryan’s journey by joining him at Maggio’s on February 9. You can register online by making a $100 donation. Get your #Rally4Ryan shirt or mug online too! If you’d like to donate a gift basket or raffle item, call Rachel at 215.208.2269. Get additional Beef & Beer event information from Greg Doyle at 215.989.0424 or [email protected]. Can’t make it? Make a donation to Help Hope Live in honor of Ryan Law at any time at helphopelive.org or by calling 800.642.8399. Donations are tax deductible to the extent allowed by law, and all funds raised will be used to offset medical expenses via Help Hope Live’s Mid-Atlantic Catastrophic Injury Fund.

Help Hope Live is a national nonprofit that specializes in engaging communities in fundraising campaigns for people who need a transplant or are affected by a catastrophic injury or illness. Since 1983, campaigns organized by Help Hope Live have raised over $135 million to pay patient expenses.
