3-year-old Anastasia Rose Condon got a new adaptive bike thanks to an ongoing partnership between Help Hope Live, Freedom Concepts, and the Philadelphia Flyers Alumni Association. Anastasia’s family will continue to fundraise with Help Hope Live for out-of-pocket medical and related expenses.
