Robert Chambliss

As he sought a living donor on the liver transplant waiting list, Robert Chambliss wanted one thing: to see his son turn ten. He got the liver transplant he had been waiting for this month.

Now recovering, Robert needs financial help with his community to cover enormous transplant-related expenses, including the cost of weekly travel from New Market, Virginia to Charlottesville for follow-up appointments. He also takes more than ten medications each day to keep himself healthy post-transplant. He is fundraising at helphopelive.org.
