21-year-old Rebecca Koltun is finally heading to her new temporary home, an assisted living facility, following months of intensive rehabilitation and care.
Community support has been critical to Rebecca’s journey. Currently, the target of Rebecca’s Help Hope Live fundraising campaign is to assist with the uncovered cost of 24-hour caregiving and nursing.
